Senior HR Operations & Benefits Advisor (EMEA) - Hybrid

Autodesk is seeking an AskPPL People Practices Senior Advisor to support Tier 2 HR operations across the EMEA region in a hybrid work setup. You will partner with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Talent Acquisition and other teams to ensure compliant, efficient HR services and processes.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, benefits coordination, reporting, and HR communications while upholding data confidentiality and process improvements.
