Senior HR Manager

Overview

We're partnering with a growing luxury fashion brand to recruit a Senior HR Manager on a 12-month maternity cover contract. With around 145 UK employees and exciting retail expansion plans on the horizon, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage of its growth. Working closely with the Chief People Officer, you'll act as a trusted partner across the business, delivering a broad operational HR service. This is a hands-on generalist role with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, payroll oversight, HR projects, employee engagement and supporting managers with day-to-day people matters.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experienced HR generalist with strong stakeholder management and coaching abilities
• Proactive, discreet, professional, calm and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, payroll oversight, HR projects and employee engagement
• Role based in the office 5 days per week
