Senior HR Leader - People & Culture (Hybrid/Remote)

Chime Housing in Watford is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of People to lead the HR function across our merged organisation, shaping the employee experience and workforce strategy.

Reporting to the Chief People & Governance Officer, you will manage a 10-strong HR team, drive engagement, policy implementation, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle. This role offers a salary of £80k-£90k for 37 hours per week.
