Senior HR Business Partner (14-Month FTC) - Hybrid Dublin

Lex Consultancy is seeking a Senior HR Manager on a 14-month fixed-term contract in Dublin. The ideal candidate will support multiple business units and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, delivering strategic HR solutions and managing employee relations.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years' experience in HR, a CIPD qualification, and strong knowledge of Irish employment law. The position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on impactful people solutions.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
