This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working to *Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the Marketplace organisation.*

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support the VP Product Experience within the Marketplace leadership team. This role will provide strategic and operational HR support, partnering with senior leaders on organisational design, change management, and key people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the Marketplace organisation.
• Advise on strategic people-related topics aligned with business goals.
• Lead organisational design, restructures, and change initiatives.
• Act as an escalation point for HR Advisors.
• Partner with HRD and CoE teams to deliver the People Agenda and HR roadmap.
• Drive key HR initiatives including engagement, performance, and talent retention.
• Ensure teams have the right capabilities to meet business objectives.
• Identify and solve people-related business challenges.
• Review and improve HR policies, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure local HR activities align with global HR strategy.
• Support Works Council consultations and employee relations matters where needed.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a Senior HR Business Partner role.
• Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, international business.
• Proven background in organisational design and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employee relations and Works Council processes is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
