Senior HR Advisor

We are currently working in partnership with a Homelessness charity, who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor on a 6-month FTC.
This will be a full-time position based in South West London, with hybrid working (3 days home working) and a salary of up to £43,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of leading on complex employee relations cases whilst balancing day to day operational functions.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing expert HR advice and coaching to managers across a broad range of employee relations matters
- Independently managing complex disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, absence and probation cases
- Supporting managers with long-term sickness absence, Occupational Health referrals and reasonable adjustments
- Developing and reviewing HR policies, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and best practice
- Supporting recruitment activity and providing guidance on recruitment and employment matters
- Delivering engaging HR training and coaching sessions to managers, strengthening confidence and capability
- Supporting organisational change, restructures, consultations and wider HR projects
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- CIPD L5
- Independent casework handling
- ATS and CRM management
- Compliance and due diligence

Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30pm
