Senior HR Advisor - Employee Relations & Change (Hybrid)

Macmillan Davies is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join a collaborative People team in Sheffield on a hybrid basis. You will partner with managers, handle complex employee relations matters and support organisational change on a long term fixed term contract.

This UK role requires solid knowledge of employment law, stakeholder management, and experience in a generalist HR role. CIPD qualification or progress towards it is advantageous.
