Job Description
My client is currently seeking to appoint a permanent Senior HR Partner. This organisation plays a vital role in every town, village, and city in which it operates throughout the Highlands and Moray. Renowned for its commitment to employee support and recognition, this award-winning business is in a phase of continuous expansion.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Overseeing the administration of Human Resources activities, policies, and procedures pertinent to the organisation.
- Providing guidance and making senior-level decisions to support the HR advisors' team.
The position is part-time, requiring engagement over two days, with remote working available. Occasional travel to one of two office locations or additional sites may be required.
The salary for this position is commensurate with the candidate's experience.
