Senior High-Risk Complaints Investigator (Hybrid)

Travelodge Group is seeking a Senior Customer Relations Advisor to take ownership of the most complex, sensitive and high-risk complaints. You will manage cases from start to finish, including those with legal, regulatory or data protection considerations.

You will investigate thoroughly, assess evidence across the business and work directly with customers in challenging circumstances, balancing empathy and fairness with informed risk judgement.
