Senior Health & Safety Lead - Hybrid Construction

Principal People is recruiting a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to support construction projects across the Bristol region. The role is hybrid, combining on-site collaboration with remote work, four days per week on site and one day at home, reporting to the Head of Health and Safety.

You will develop RAMS and SSOWs, lead toolbox talks, support site teams and subcontractors, drive safety improvements, and promote a positive safety culture.
