Job Description
Senior Growth Analyst
Company Description:- a16z-backed B2B marketplace digitising the secondhand fashion supply chain with AI.
Job Description:You will own the analytical engine for a marketplace tripling annually, sitting at the intersection of marketing and strategy. By building attribution frameworks from scratch, you'll optimize spend across influencer, paid, and organic channels. This is a high-impact role where your insights directly determine how millions in capital are deployed to scale global circular commerce.
Location:London, UK
Why this role is remarkable:- Immediate financial impact: a junior analyst recently identified £100k in monthly savings through basic attribution-you will have the seniority and tools to unlock significantly more.
- Massive scale and backing: has raised $50M from top-tier VCs like a16z and Y Combinator, saving over 9 million items from landfills since 2022.
- Unique data challenges: Unlike standard SaaS, you will model complex marketplace dynamics where every item is unique and inventory is graded by proprietary AI models.
- Design and operate sophisticated attribution models (MMM, MTA, and incrementality) to evaluate performance across influencer, affiliate, and paid social channels.
- Analyze full-funnel metrics including CAC, LTV, and payback periods to provide actionable recommendations that guide daily spend and long-term growth strategy.
- Partner with engineering to build robust data foundations, ensuring clean tracking via UTMs, pixels, and events to power your analytical frameworks.
- 4-7+ years of growth or marketing analytics experience, specifically owning attribution and channel performance at a fast scaling consumer or marketplace company.
- Expert level SQL skills with the ability to independently pull and transform large datasets, ideally complemented by Python or R for statistical modeling.
- Proven track record of translating complex data into clear narratives that drive executive level decisions, focusing on business outcomes rather than just reporting.
