Senior Governance & Optimisation Lead (Hybrid)

Rolls-Royce Bristol is seeking a Governance & Optimisation Manager to work with the Director of Program Capability and Transformation on defence business governance and operating model enhancements.

This senior role offers exposure to leadership teams, a chance to lead cross functional projects, and travel up to 10-15% domestically or internationally.
