As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, helping us to build a scalable geo-location platform which helps keep people safe wherever they are in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include :

Consulting the Engineering Team on planning and execution of the quarterly roadmap projects and features across multiple areas of the Track24 domain

Working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, DevOps, Data and QA teams to facilitate delivery

Regularly reporting and providing updates regarding engineering concerns promptly and raising issues that impact execution or delivery and work closely with the Technical Lead

Working as part of a team with a deep focus on hard technical problems and explain the why, how, and what, that makes your solution technically sound, provide constructive feedback regarding best practices, performance, and maintainability

Staying ahead of the curve with respect to new technologies and techniques with an eye towards continual improvement of both the team's skill set and the product goals

Consulting with the Technical Lead on coding, process and best practices (e.g. adherence to Definition of Done and other ways of working practices)

Championing the Engineering ways of working and implemented in your day-to-day work and across the team

Be a key player in the reliability, availability and scalability of software systems

Requirements

Strong experience with backend, frontend and mobile development with Node, React/React Native and PHP

Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Linear

Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP or Azure)

Experience with designing and implementing service-orientated, event-driven architectures and systems

Have experience with building, running and scaling containerised applications, container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and IaC tooling such as Terraform

Have experience with tracking analytics, feature flags implementation, measuring impact of feature delivery and utilising analytics to make data-informed decisions

Have worked in high risk environments managing critical system workloads with high availability and uptime requirements

Have experience with Elixir application development
