About the role.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at TRACT, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and scaling key components of our sustainability insights platform. From developing robust backend services to designing elegant UI components , you'll own the delivery of impactful, end-to-end solutions.

You'll collaborate closely with data design and product management team members to translate complex requirements into scalable, flexible, and well-engineered software - empowering organizations across the food and agriculture industry to drive measurable change.

This is a hands-on role where your code directly contributes to a more sustainable future.

What we're looking for.

• 6+ years of fullstack development experience, with strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies
• Expert level backend development skills in Python, with experience using FastAPI or Django
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, and a modern framework (React or Vue preferred) for building rich UI components
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud), SQL databases (such as PostgreSQL), and CI/CD practices
• A strong understanding of API design, authentication, and integration patterns
• An eye for performance, usability, and code quality
• Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to solve challenging problems
• Familiar with agile workflows and cross-functional delivery
• Passionate about developing scalable software that contributes to a more sustainable future
