Senior Full Stack Engineer - (Python / React)

Location: Barcelona (hybrid 2-3 days a week)

Salary: €70,000 to €90,000 + Equity

Key Skills: Python/Django, React, AWS

As the Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will join a business critical team within a hyper growth SaaS company, working on a range of projects centred around the consumer experience and scalability of the platform, contributing to system design, integrations, leading technical decisions, and mentoring members of the team.

This is all about accelerating growth. It's fuelling their continued expansion, especially into the US market, and allowing for substantial investments in product development, technology, and AI.

They have a relatively flat structure so Senior to them is inline with Technical Lead/Principal Engineer responsibilities. The next level up is Staff level.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with product/consumer decision making from product-led companies
• Experience with full-stack or backend development (ideally with Python and React although they're open to upskilling)
• Comfortable with technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews
• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, product-focused mindset
• Passion for quality, testing, and delivering clean, efficient code

What You'll Do

• Build and scale product features using Python (Django) and React
• Design and implement system architecture and integrate with 3rd party APIs
• Collaborate in a cross-functional Agile team (Product Managers, Designers, Engineers)
• Lead on technical decisions, weighing trade-offs and promoting high-quality code
• Contribute to a fast-paced, user-focused environment with strong code ownership
