Senior Frontend Developer - Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: 60,000 + bonus
Location: 2 days into Central Manchester Office, 3 days WFH

What You'll Do- Lead the technical direction for projects, shaping architecture to align with business and product goals.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, applying best practices in system design and architecture.
- Mentor and support engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence within the team.
- Drive engineering standards, including test automation, CI/CD, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver features that matter.
- Ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and effective, supporting the platform's growth and performance.
- Champion modern release paradigms and incremental delivery in an agile environment.
- Proven experience with ReactJS and writing middleware in Node.js.
- Strong background in unit and functional testing, and working in Agile teams.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Solid understanding of software and application design, architecture, and troubleshooting.
