Key Responsibilities
Service Club is evolving into a knowledge and data intelligence company. Our platform, designed as a modular system with independent verticals (Academy, Jobs, and more), is interconnected through a shared intelligence layer, embodying principles of scalability, flexibility, and customer-centric design. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be crucial in:
- Design and Implementation: Develop scalable and accessible interfaces that meet product requirements while making key technical decisions around frontend architecture and coding.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously improve system efficiency and reliability, addressing bottlenecks proactively.
- API and Services Integration: Managing asynchronous flows, state and error handling
- UI/UX functionality: Be mindful of UI/UX to deliver an intuitive solution for our users, providing the best experience
- Maintenance and optimization: Identify points of enhancement across the solution including bugs or low-performing components in order to fix them jointly with the team.
- Best Practices: Ensure the implementation of industry standards in security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, backend and data teams to create user-centric solutions.
- Monitoring: Develop and maintain monitoring systems for real-time insights and incident management.
- Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level engineers through their development journey (eg: code reviews) while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Required skills & experience:
- Technical Skills: Typescript, React, Next.js, Nest.js, Node.js, Tailwind CSS.
- Cloud Expertise: Familiar with AWS, Docker, Containers, Terraform, CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana, IaC, GitOps, Zero Trust, Automation.
- Others: REST, OpenAPI,Agile, DDD, SOLID, Microservice
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
