Senior FP&A Analyst

Reed Finance are pleased to be supporting our client, who is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance department. This role is crucial for designing, building, and maintaining OneStream reporting models and dashboards that support forecasting, performance management, and senior decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong FP&A expertise with technical systems capability to deliver accurate, scalable, and insight-driven reporting.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Design, build, and maintain OneStream reporting models, including Cube Views, Quick Views, and XFGetCell-based reports.
• Develop and own standardized OneStream dashboards covering P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, working capital, and forecast vs actual performance.
• Translate finance and business requirements into clear, scalable reporting solutions.
• Act as the FP&A subject-matter expert for OneStream reporting, ensuring best practice and consistency.
• Ensure data integrity and reconciliation between ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and OneStream outputs.
• Deliver accurate, timely dashboards to support month-end, forecast, and budget cycles.
• Drive standardization and automation of FP&A reporting across the business.
• Partner with FP&A, Group Finance, and IT on OneStream reporting enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Strong hands-on experience with OneStream reporting and dashboards. Strong Power BI experience would also be advantageous
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
