Senior Food Safety Lead - Training & Audits for Launches

Harrods in Knightsbridge seeks a Senior Food Safety Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead food safety across our own run restaurants and kitchens, and to support new restaurant launches with robust HACCP compliance.

You will implement, monitor and audit food safety programs, deliver Level 2 training, manage records, and drive a culture of compliance with senior stakeholders and operations teams across the business.
