Senior Fit-Out Construction Manager - Cat A/B, London

Bimplus is seeking a freelance Construction Manager to deliver a high-profile 11-floor CAT A/B fit-out in Central London, overseeing shell-to-handover on 3-4 floors. You will report to the on-site Project Manager and drive the construction programme to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery on a £200m project.

Required are strong leadership, experience with reputable contractors, SSMS/CSCS and First Aid at Work, with a track record of delivering complex fit-outs.
