Job Description

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support organisational goals and projects.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
• Support funding applications and donor reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the development of financial strategies for long-term sustainability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance- ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
• Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience working within the not-for-profit sector is desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• An analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
