Senior Family Support Practitioner - Child in Need (Hybrid)

Torbay Council is seeking a Senior Family Help Practitioner to manage a caseload of Child in Need cases and provide targeted family support within the CIN team. You will work directly with children and families, coordinating multi agency input and contributing to care planning to reduce statutory intervention where possible.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, effective communication, and collaborative working with schools and health colleagues. Hybrid/home working options are available.
