An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm based in Derbyshire. This role would suit a confident and technically strong family lawyer with at least 6 years' PQE looking to take the next step in their career within a firm that genuinely values work-life balance and offers clear progression.

The Role
This is a senior appointment within an established and busy family team that advises clients on the full spectrum of private family matters. You'll manage your own caseload and play a key role in business development and mentoring junior colleagues. Work is high quality and includes:
Divorce and separation
Financial remedy proceedings (including high-net-worth matters)
Private children issues
Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
Cohabitation disputes
The firm places an emphasis on providing a supportive and pragmatic approach for its clients, often acting for professionals, business owners, and individuals with complex financial arrangements.

About You
A minimum of 6 years' PQE in private family law
A genuine interest in building relationships with clients and contacts
Passionate about delivering a high standard of client care
