Senior Family Practitioner: Disabled Children & Family Help

Lewisham Council is seeking a Senior Family Practitioner to join the Children with Complex Needs and Disabilities, Family Help Team. You will case hold, work within the Child in Need framework, and provide targeted interventions for children with disabilities and their families.

Based at Kaleidoscope, Catford with hybrid working, the role offers opportunities to develop practice through supported supervision and access to specialist training within a supportive, diverse borough.
