About you
  • Extensive experience in family law, with a proven track record of managing complex cases
  • Current practising certificate and admission to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland
  • Demonstrable leadership skills and experience heading a legal team or department
  • Excellent strategic thinking and business development abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic client-focused approach
  • Knowledge of relevant case management software; familiarity with LAMS and Children Order Panel is desirable
  • Motivated to lead, inspire, and develop a high performing team
What you'll do
  • Lead and manage the family law department, setting strategic objectives and driving growth
  • Oversee a portfolio of complex family law cases, providing expert guidance and support to your team
  • Build client relationships, representation, and advocacy at the highest level
  • Support business development efforts, including marketing initiatives and client engagement
