We are looking for a temporary part time Facilities Co ordinator to support the UK and Ireland business to ensure that we offer a people first approach whilst maintaining safe, compliant and engaging environments. This is a busy role with wide and varied tasks to get stuck into.

Based in our UK and Ireland head office in Warrington, reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for:
- Co ordinate repairs, maintenance and all health and safety compliance.
- Liaise with contractors, landlords and suppliers to manage contracts, cleaners, utilities and building compliance.
- Carry out regular audits and inspections to ensure high office standards are maintained.
- Responsible for fire safety and daily sign in/out registers.
- Keep accurate records of leases, maintenance schedules and compliance certificates.
- Ensure first aid kits, fire extinguishers and safety signage are up to date; oversee office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Managing the post and deliveries.
- Support meeting room set ups and general office organisation.
- Responsible for company car fleet: sourcing vehicles, supporting team members with any issues and completing reports for head office.
- Responsible for company mobile phone contract and assisting with the product samples process.
- Supporting new joiners to have a smooth onboarding and acting as a 'go to' person in the office.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the smooth running of the office and showroom.
- IOSH/NEBOSH or facilities related qualification advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar tools.
- Strong communicator who can confidently engage with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels and challenge the status quo.
- Collaborative, adaptable and resilient approach with a passion for people and problem solving.
- Able to work flexibly to suit business needs.
