Various FCDO funded Third Party Monitoring (TPM) projects worldwide The RoleWe are looking for a senior international expert to work with our team on FCDO funded Third Party Monitoring (TPM) projects with main duties to:
- Lead delivery of the Expenditure Monitoring (EM) TPM report ensuring client ready outputs.
- Engage and coordinate with Programme Team (PT), Implementing Partner (IP) and Downstream Partners (DP).
- Review programme financial and programmatic documents (budgets, reports, contracts, procurement, M&V).
- Draft and finalise a Concept Note/Design Document defining scope, methodology, timeframe, sampling and tools.

- Over 5 years relevant experience
- Experience on TPM projects
- Experience working on FCDO funded projects
- International, preferable Africa experience
- Excellent English skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Willing to travel on short term assignments
- Fluency in other language
