We are looking for a like-minded recruiter who is passionate about people, driven to succeed and excited by the opportunity to grow an already successful desk while developing new business opportunities. The Role- Managing and developing a successful temporary recruitment desk
- Building strong relationships with existing clients and candidates
- Developing new business opportunities across the commercial/office support market
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-calibre temporary staff
- Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience at every stage
- Proven experience within temporary recruitment, ideally commercial or office support
- Strong billing history and business development capability
- Motivated, ambitious, and relationship-driven
- Passionate about delivering a consultative, high-quality service
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Looking to be part of a respected and highly successful recruitment brand
- Exceptional salary and uncapped commission structure
