We're looking for a Senior Events Executive to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary up to £40,000 and a hybrid working pattern.

What you will be doing;

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and strategic events end-to-end, ensuring events meet agreed objectives and budgets.
  • Lead the logistical delivery of face-to-face, virtual and hybrid events, including venue liaison, speaker management, event administration and on-site delivery.
  • Project manage conferences and other complex events from initial concept through to post-event reporting.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop event programmes and ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate the delegate booking process, including event webpages and working with internal teams to provide a positive delegate experience.
  • Monitor event budgets, costs, delegate revenue and profitability, while working with Brand and Marketing teams to support event promotion.

What you will need;

Experience

  • Experience managing corporate events end-to-end, including events for up to approximately 300 attendees.
  • Experience planning and delivering commercial conferences and events.
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Experience managing event logistics, including venues, speakers, delegate bookings and on-site delivery.
  • Experience managing event budgets, costs and financial reporting, with an understanding of commercial targets.
  • Experience managing multiple events/projects simultaneously, working to deadlines and maintaining excellent attention to detail
