Job Description

AramarkUKare looking for ahandson, highly organisedSenior Event Coordinatorto jointhe team on site at Hill Dickinson Stadium. Within this role you willplay a key role in delivering outstanding events, create strongclient relationships, create memorable experiences, and help drive the stadium's growth as a premier destination for conferences andevents.

This is a permanentfull-timepositionbased on sitereporting to the Head of Sales.

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through every stage of the event planning process
  • Build strong client relationships and provide creative, tailored event solutions.
  • Host client site visits, offering expert advice on eventlogisticsand venue capabilities
  • Manage and support the Sales & Events Coordinator, ensuring effective coordination across multiple sites
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver on all agreed proposal details and client expectations
  • ProduceaccurateBEOs and coordinate internal and external teamsincluding AV, security, and maintenancefor seamless event delivery
  • Provide thorough handovers to stadium operations and conductpost eventfollow-upstoidentifyopportunities for futuresales eventP&L reports to support revenue and performancetracking
  • MaintainaccurateCRM records and createpost eventP&L reports to support revenue and performance tracking
Key Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' event planning experience, ideally within a stadium or large event venue
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events at once
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuringhigh standardsthroughout planning and delivery
  • Creativeproblem-solvingabilities suited to aafat paced,client focusedenvironment solvingabilities suited to afast paced,client focusedenvironment
  • Excellent communication andrelationship buildingskills, with the ability to inspire confidence and buildlong-termclientpartnerships buildingskills, with the ability to inspire confidence and buildlong-termclient partnerships
  • Passion for food, service excellence, and continuous improvement, with strong industry knowledge and awareness of current event trends
