Senior Europe GTM People & Programs Partner

Mimecast Limited is seeking a Senior People & Programs Partner for Europe Go-to-Market. You will be the principal people partner for Europe Sales and Channel, advising on organisation design, workforce planning, performance, reward and ER while balancing regional and global priorities.

You will shape long-term people strategy, handle day-to-day issues and represent Europe in global programmes design. The base salary ranges £85,000-£114,000 with benefits, and a hybrid London-based setup.
