Job Description

Eyzon is seeking an Employee Relations Manager for Yorkshire with hybrid working and travel. You will lead a small ER specialist team and provide expert support across a busy multi-site retail organisation.

You will report to the Head of Employee Relations and handle complex ER matters with pragmatic, legally compliant guidance. You will coach managers, partner with HR Business Partners, and drive improvements through insights and policy reviews.
