Senior ER Advisor & HRBP (6-Month) - On Site Ashford

Huntress in Ashford, Kent is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor/HR Business Partner for a 6-month contract. You will own ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management, and lead on trade union relationships.

You will coach managers on employment law, shape ER policy, and work with senior stakeholders to align people solutions with business goals. The role is on-site four days a week.
