Senior Enterprise Project Manager - AI-Driven Customer Success

Gainsight is seeking a full-time Technical Project Manager to join our Professional Services team in a hybrid UK role. You will manage complex software implementations, partner with executive sponsors and drive onboarding to ensure customer objectives are achieved.

You will develop detailed plans, track scope, mitigate risks, and mentor teams across time zones while contributing to scalable delivery improvements. Prior experience with Customer Success or CRM platforms is preferred.
