To support our growth, we are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, primarily focused on opening and growing new strategic enterprise logos in the UK / EMEA region, reporting directly to our SVP Sales International ( ).
Role and Responsibilities:- Develop a robust prospecting and expansion strategy, focusing on the right industries, companies, and personas, in collaboration with marketing and business development teams, leveraging social media, events, cold calling, and emails.
- Qualify opportunities to assess business fit, utilizing proven sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC), and articulating Cyara's value proposition.
- Deliver compelling, tailored sales and product presentations to meet customer needs, with support from the Solution Sales team.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and leveraging executive sponsorship.
- Negotiate agreements, handle customer objections, and use trading techniques to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Close deals, overcoming obstacles and securing contracts and purchase orders, with support from legal and finance teams.
- Build a comprehensive plan to achieve quotas within a fiscal period, including Territory, Account, and Close/Win Planning.
- Update and assess opportunities weekly to ensure accurate forecasts and address potential obstacles.
- Maintain planning tools to facilitate cross-functional discussions, deal reviews, and engagement with executives.
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, with a preference for 5+ or 10+ years, depending on the salary package.
- Track record of reaching $1M+ annual quotas, closing high-value deals (6-7 figures) with multinational enterprise clients involving complex purchasing processes.
- Industry knowledge of CX, contact centers, chatbots, or quality assurance, or ability to sell complex technical solutions.
- Experience selling in UK / EMEA, with networks in sectors like Banking, Insurance, Tech, Telco, Retail, Hospitality.
- Expertise in new logo acquisition and account farming, with at least 75% focus on new business.
- Comfort with fast-paced, US/private equity-owned SaaS scale-up environments, sales methodologies, and forecast accuracy.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, problem-solving skills, proactive learning, cross-department collaboration, and team spirit.
- Comfort with remote work, strong work ethic, good time management, and high self-motivation.
- Ideally based in Ireland or UK.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (French preferred) are a plus.
