Senior Engineering Manager - 9-10mo Maternity Cover (Hybrid)

Moonpig Group is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead people and technical directions for our Top of Funnel teams on a fixed-term maternity cover of around 9-10 months, starting in November 2026. Hybrid work in Manchester or London (1-2 days in the office) will apply.

You will coach engineers, shape roadmaps with Product and Design, contribute to architecture decisions and champion strong engineering practices while staying closely connected to technology and product direction.
