Senior Engagement Manager, AWS Generative AI Innovation Center

We seek a Senior Engagement Manager to lead strategic Generative AI transformation initiatives within our GenAI Innovation and Delivery Center. You'll drive enterprise-level AWS GenAI adoption, orchestrate complex customer engagements, and ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions while building strong customer relationships and driving innovation in the rapidly evolving GenAI space.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Lead enterprise-wide GenAI transformation projects and strategic initiatives
  2. Develop and execute AI adoption strategies aligned with customer business outcomes
  3. Drive innovation through AWS Foundation Models, Amazon Bedrock, and custom LLM solutions
  4. Build executive relationships and drive C-level alignment on AI strategy
  5. Orchestrate cross-functional teams including AI/ML experts, solutions architects, and developers
  6. Identify and develop new business opportunities in GenAI space

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT/AI projects using Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional methodologies
  2. Experience managing one or more projects with a combination of 10+ resources, 12+ months, or $500k+ in contract value.
  3. Strategic thinking and innovation mindset
  4. PMP and CSM certifications or equivalent project management certification
  5. Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and cloud computing platforms
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, Foundation Models, RAG)
  2. Experience in technology consulting or professional services
  3. Executive presence and stakeholder management abilities
  4. Ability to translate complex AI concepts for business audiences
