About Your New Job
  • As Senior Energy Manager, you will lead the delivery of comprehensive energy management services across multiple client sites.
  • You will conduct energy audits, analyse consumption patterns, and develop tailored strategies to optimise energy use and support sustainability targets.
  • You'll design, implement, and support energy management systems (including ISO 50001) and recommend the best-fit energy-efficient solutions for clients.
  • Your role will include building strong client relationships, providing actionable advice, and delivering clear reports on savings and impact.
  • The position also involves leading a team, providing mentorship to junior engineers, and collaborating across disciplines.
  • You will contribute to business development, oversee projects, and ensure all work meets regulatory and quality standards.
What Skills You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in energy management, consultancy, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven track record of delivering energy audits and implementing energy-saving programs.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial energy systems and sustainability best practices.
  • Experience managing projects, mentoring teams, and communicating complex technical ideas to varied audiences.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
