Senior Energy Manager About Your New Employer

- As Senior Energy Manager, you will lead the delivery of comprehensive energy management services across multiple client sites.
- You will conduct energy audits, analyse consumption patterns, and develop tailored strategies to optimise energy use and support sustainability targets.
- You'll design, implement, and support energy management systems (including ISO 50001) and recommend the best-fit energy-efficient solutions for clients.
- Your role will include building strong client relationships, providing actionable advice, and delivering clear reports on savings and impact.
- The position also involves leading a team, providing mentorship to junior engineers, and collaborating across disciplines.
- You will contribute to business development, oversee projects, and ensure all work meets regulatory and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in energy management, consultancy, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven track record of delivering energy audits and implementing energy-saving programs.
- Strong knowledge of industrial energy systems and sustainability best practices.
- Experience managing projects, mentoring teams, and communicating complex technical ideas to varied audiences.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 plus company bonus.
