Senior Employment Solicitor

What you'll do:

• Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Draft contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Manage tribunal claims and disciplinary/grievance processes
• Provide practical, commercially-focused advice to clients

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience
• Strong advocacy, drafting, and client care skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own caseload
