Sellick Partnership is recruiting an Employment Partner for a highly regarded regional practice in Reading. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to lead a growing employment team.

You will review and draft employment contracts, policies and handbooks, advise on settlements and TUPE matters, and handle HR issues. The ideal candidate is a Solicitor with 8+ years PQE in employment law, with strong communication and leadership skills.
