Senior Employer Creative Designer

Senior Employer Creative Designer in Ireland - shaping and elevating employer branding through impactful and visually compelling design.

You will create and maintain cohesive design systems, craft creative assets for digital and offline channels, and enhance brand identity across multiple touchpoints. In a fast paced, international environment you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high quality visual experiences that resonate with diverse audiences, own creative direction and implementation, and drive innovation through modern tools, including AI.

Accountabilities

• Lead the creation and evolution of design systems, art guidelines, and visual standards across projects
• Develop engaging creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and branded materials
• Ensure consistency and quality across all visual outputs, adhering to established brand guidelines and templates
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to deliver design solutions aligned with business goals
• Design and produce corporate merchandise, event visuals, booths, and branded environments
• Analyze and improve design workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Solid understanding of composition, layout, typography, and color theory
• Proven experience designing for social media, presentations, infographics, and branded merchandise
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset
• Experience leveraging AI tools in the creative process is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Ability to break down complex challenges and propose effective design solutions
