Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead a team of ER professionals in delivering expert ER solutions. You will report to the Head of HR, drive high standards, and ensure ER advice is commercially sound, legally compliant and aligned with business objectives.

You'll oversee high-risk ER cases, guide disciplinary and change processes, and develop a coaching culture across geographically dispersed teams in a hybrid working environment.
