Senior Employee Relations Leader (UK & Global)

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a senior Employee Relations leader to shape and govern ER policy across the Group. You will provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders, oversee complex investigations, and drive risk-managed change initiatives in a global context.

With strong UK employment law knowledge and a track record of end-to-end case handling, you will partner with Legal and the People Function to embed robust ER frameworks.
