Senior Employee Relations Leader - 12-Month FTC, Hybrid

EY in Birmingham seeks an Employee Relations Manager for a 12 Month Fixed Team Contract. The role will lead end-to-end ER case management and drive improvements across a UK-wide ER team, reporting to the ER Senior Manager. Hybrid working applies, with one day per week in the office.

You will support line managers, advise on employment law, and partner with Legal and Talent teams to deliver people change initiatives.
