PYVITAL Ltd is recruiting a Senior Employee Relations Manager to join its People team across Birmingham, Leeds, London or Manchester on a hybrid basis. You will own complex ER matters, guiding management and partners, and shaping an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.

You will manage two direct reports, develop ER practice, support organisational change, and ensure compliance with employment law within a regulated professional services environment.
