Are you an experienced professional in Employee Benefits seeking a new challenge in a dynamic consultancy environment?
We are partnered with a forward-thinking, independent Employee Benefits firm to find a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join their expanding team. In this client-facing role, you will lead on strategy and design across their Group Risk (primarily) and Healthcare arrangements, working closely with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients to deliver tailored solutions and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on Group Life, Income Protection, and Critical Illness policies.
- Manage existing client relationships and support new business opportunities.
- Liaise with providers, negotiate renewals, and present recommendations.
- Stay abreast of legislative changes and market trends.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the broader benefits team strategy.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in the Group Risk/Employee Benefits sector.
- Strong technical knowledge across core Employee Benefits products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A consultative, solution-focused approach with keen attention to detail.
