You will act as the Electrical Lead for safety implicated EC&I systems, covering HV/LV distribution, building services, and complex communications networks. The position includes leading a small engineering team and ensuring high integrity design delivery within a regulated environment. What you will need Experience delivering RIBA Stage 3 design within nuclear, defence, or other highly regulated sectors. Strong technical competence across HV, LV, building services, and communications systems. Leadership capability to manage and task a team of 5-6 engineers effectively. Design governance expertise including risk management, assumptions control, and change management. Ability to produce technical scope and resource loaded documentation for design changes. Rate around £57 per hour inside IR35 Hybrid working with around two days per week in the Glasgow office (flexible).
