As a Senior Ecologist, you will lead ecological surveys, manage projects from inception to completion, prepare and review technical reports, and provide expert advice to clients. The Senior Ecologist will also mentor junior team members, contribute to Biodiversity Net Gain assessments, and play a key role in maintaining excellent client relationships. This Senior Ecologist role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step within a collaborative consultancy in Devon.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years' ecological consultancy experience
• Full or Associate CIEEM membership (or working towards Full Membership)
• Experience managing protected species surveys and ecological projects
• Strong report writing skills, including EcIA and BNG assessments
• Knowledge of UK planning policy and wildlife legislation
• Full UK driving licence
• Full right to work in the UK
• Living in or near the Devon office
