Your : The successful candidate will lead our E-Commerce team within the UK Region, playing a pivotal in the development and execution of Digital strategies, whilst managing the full operations on The role will work collaboratively with local departments across IT, Marketing, Digital Design, Operations, Logistics, Customer Care, as well as other areas of Digital expertise including Media, Creative teams, Digital Agencies and CRM. What impact you can create at Chanel: Leading the running of including site operations, campaign launches, online trading and E-Services, whilst contributing to the E-Commerce strategy to build and drive new initiatives. Lead on Regional Personalisation and User Experience testing, targeted with improving user journeys and conversion rate metrics, managing 3rd party relationships and contracts with Digital agencies. Develop Digital Marketing performance channels to drive acquisition and retention of customers. Partnering with Media and external agencies to ensure optimisation and sustained long-term growth of performance. Oversee the Roadmap for site development and systems innovation alongside IT and Global teams, whilst driving project delivery to ensure successful progress of site developments, deliverables and milestones. Effective management of P&L budget, partnering with Finance and Regional Head of E-Business What you will bring to the role: Strong people management skills, to manage, guide and develop an E-Commerce team of 4, inspiring and leading on a day-today basis, as well as extending best practice and guidance to the UK Region, communicating new initiatives and representing business needs to Global teams Over 6 years' experience leading E Commerce teams within Digital business environments with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with Business and IT stakeholders to drive initiatives. Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, influencing cross functional partners. Highly proactive mindset with the ability to drive strategy and execution Advanced analytical skills with experience in E Commerce trading, performance and optimisation Comprehensive knowledge of E Commerce platforms, systems, and IT operational processes.
