Senior Document Controller - CDE & BIM for Real Estate (UK)

Turner & Townsend in Belfast (UK) seeks a Senior Consultant/Document Controller to lead CDE setup and information management on major projects. You will drive discovery, configure metadata, manage users and security, and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 principles.

BIM context and Power BI reporting will be routine. Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a Document Controller, familiarity with BIM, and hands-on experience with CDE tools such as Aconex, Forma, ViewPoint or Asite.
